Perceptions of Colombian Teachers about the Didactics of Social Sciences

The article seeks to answer the question about the perceptions that teachers have in training and in practice on the didactics of the social sciences in Colombia. To this end, a method with an interpretative approach with a mixed design is used to integrate the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data produced on these perceptions in the context of basic and secondary education. The results present from the perceptions of teachers some correlations between the didactics they claim to use and the way in which it is expressed in their pedagogical practice. En este trabajo presentamos una serie de propuestas para innovar en el ámbito de la formación de docentes desde una perspectiva crítica. Basándonos en el arte y el diseño incorporamos aspectos creativos que van desde los discursos textuales de la cultura visual (cine) o el diseño (tipografías) hasta cuestiones de diversidad sexual y disidencias queer. In this article we suggest an approximation between media education and visual arts education. Teachers of Primary School interpret the media as a visual artefacts. But this visual artifacts can be analyzed from the education in visual arts. 'Training the trainers' of teachers in France: assessment and outlook
